What is Venture Leader Lab (VLL)?

VLL is a member subscription platform supporting nonprofit practitioners through a human-led, tech-enabled community of practice focused on leadership, organizational effectiveness, and growth.

When does Venture Leader Lab launch?

VLL is set to officially launch in 2026.

Is VLL only for BIPOC leaders?

VLL serves all nonprofit leaders, but includes an Accessibility Fund to support BIPOC leaders and BIPOC-led organizations with reduced-fee engagements.

How do I become a member?

Is there a cost to join Venture Leader Lab?

Yes, VLL is a subscription-based membership. However, BIPOC leaders may qualify for our Accessibility Fund, which provides reduced-fee access.

What is the Venture Leader Academy?

A three-month virtual course designed to enhance nonprofit professionals’ leadership skills, strategic thinking, and ability to advance their mission.

Do you offer weekly leadership exercises?

Yes. Weekly professional and personal development exercises help strengthen core leadership capabilities.

Can I attend VLL events virtually?

Yes. All sessions and programs are virtual to ensure broad accessibility and engagement.

What is the Accessibility Fund?

A special fund created to provide discounted or reduced-fee services to BIPOC leaders and equity-focused organizations.

How do I apply for the Accessibility Fund?

These are organizations committed to advancing racial equity through their leadership, mission, and internal culture.
